I have always loved to paint, in  spite of a complete lack of art  education and also being color  blind. However, when a flooding  of my storage room in 1983  destroyed a large part of my  stored artwork, I quit painting  for the next 20 years. I only  began painting again in 2003,  and only because a dear friend  of mine asked me to paint her  old father.
